WoW Upgrades - The item upgrader mod Upgrader

Upgrades give you boosts in certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of the item by +3. A random extra substat is also boosted alongside each upgrade.

Upgraded gear is generally more useful, unless the item is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like eth Titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as valuable for the latter due to the need to roll the perfect version.
